About Us

Sainmarks Industries and the Britannia UK Group are a Tiruppur-based group making woven labels, printed labels, tags and garment packaging for global apparel brands. Our Solutions business brings RFID technology, digital product passport labels and the iLabel online ordering platform to garment factories and retailers worldwide. We are growing rapid across both businesses and need a recruiter who can keep pace.

About the Role

You will own end-to-end hiring for two business units:

- Manufacturing BU (Sainmarks Industries, Britannia Labels India, Britannia Garment Packaging): high-volume hiring of operators, technicians, QA staff, supervisors and production planners.
- Solutions BU (Britannia RFID Technologies, iLabel Digital): specialist hiring of RFID/IoT engineers, solution sales, software developers, digital marketing and customer success roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan manpower with unit heads and maintain a live vacancy tracker
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, ITIs, polytechnics, colleges and consultants
- Run walk-in drives and bulk hiring for shop-floor roles across shifts
- Screen, schedule interviews, coordinate trade tests and technical assessments
- Negotiate offers, issue offer letters and follow up through the notice period




- Complete document checks, background verification and onboarding
- Track new-joiner retention and act on early attrition with production heads
- Keep recruitment records compliant with statutory and buyer audit requirements
- Report weekly on open positions, time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
- Build our employer brand through campus tie-ups, referrals and LinkedIn

Requirements

- MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR, or graduate with a diploma in HR
- 3–6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Proven bulk hiring of 30+ shop-floor positions a month
- Experience hiring tech, IoT or sales roles is a strong plus
- Background in textile, garment, garment-accessory, printing or packaging industries preferred
- Fluent Tamil and English; working Hindi is an advantage
- Comfortable with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and Excel trackers
- Basic knowledge of labor laws (Factories Act, PF/ESI, apprenticeship schemes)
