We are looking for an experienced freelance HR Recruiter to hire 8 employees for our growing D2C e-commerce business.

Positions to Hire:

- 4 Sales Executives
- 1 Customer Support Executive
- 1 Vendor Coordination Executive
- 1 RTO & Returns Executive
- 1 Finance & Accounts Executive

Responsibilities & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Experience hiring sales and operations staff.
- Ability to recruit Tamil, Telugu and Kannada-speaking candidates.




- D2C or e-commerce hiring experience preferred.
- Complete initial recruitment within 30 days.
- Coordinate replacements during the agreed retention period.
