About the role

Full time HR Recruiter role based in Naupada, Thane, Maharashtra, managing IT and non-IT recruitment from candidate sourcing through joining. Working hours are 10:00 am–7:00 pm, with Sunday as the weekly off.

Key responsibilities

- Clarify hiring requirements with managers and prepare or refine job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews for technical and non-technical roles.
- Coordinate interviews, share feedback and keep candidates and hiring managers informed.
- Support salary discussions, offer coordination and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers and regular hiring reports.
- Build talent pipelines and work toward hiring targets and joining timelines.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of recruitment experience; exposure to both IT and non-IT hiring is preferred.
- Ability to understand common technology roles and identify relevant skills without being a technical specialist.
- Strong communication, candidate screening, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Confidence managing multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets; experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) or human resource management system (HRMS) is useful.
