Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, identify suitable candidates, and support business hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, job portals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates based on role requirements, experience, communication, and salary expectations.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Explain job responsibilities, salary, shifts, work location, and company benefits to candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, interview panels, and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to minimize dropouts and no-shows.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback, and recruitment status in the ATS or recruitment tracker.
- Manage walk-in drives, bulk hiring, campus recruitment, and other recruitment initiatives as required.
- Track recruitment metrics, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, selection, offer acceptance, and joining.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-joining follow-ups.




- Ensure recruitment activities are completed within the agreed timelines and hiring targets.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Ability to understand job descriptions and assess candidate fitment.
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
- Valuable time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and recruitment tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications
- Any graduate degree.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Exposure to volume hiring, BPO recruitment, non-IT recruitment, or international voice hiring is an advantage.

- Number of qualified candidates sourced and screened.
- Interview scheduling and attendance ratio.
- Selection-to-offer and offer-to-joining ratios.
- Time-to-fill and achievement of hiring targets.
- Candidate engagement and follow-up effectiveness.
- Accuracy of recruitment data and timely status updates.

Ideal Candidate Profile A self-driven recruiter who is target-oriented, proactive in sourcing, confident in candidate communication, and capable of managing recruitment activities independently while collaborating effectively with the Talent Acquisition team. Pay: ₹15,400.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
