We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive/ Admin to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of HR processes, good communication skills, and the ability to manage employee records and office administration efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment, on-boarding,Employee engagement to exit formalities

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

¢ Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll-related data thru portal.





¢ Assist with HR policies and statutory Compliances.

¢ Handle day-to-day office administration and employee queries.

¢ Support general administrative tasks and maintain proper records.

Required Qualifications and Skills

¢ Graduate in any discipline, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

¢ 12 years of experience in HR or administration.

¢ Basic knowledge of HR operations and office administration.

¢ Good communication and coordination skills.

¢ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

¢ Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
