Global demand is growing quick, and we are building a team of about 30 people over the next two months to scale data collection, data management and annotation operations from our Mohali headquarters.

Role descriptionWe are hiring an HR Manager to own the full hiring funnel for this build-out: sourcing, screening, offers, onboarding and early retention. Leadership roles come first, followed by field and operations roles across Punjab, Chandigarh and the surrounding region. The first 3 months are demanding.

Roles you will hire for:

- Leadership roles: Project Manager, Data Scientist, Process Efficiency Lead, Annotation Lead and Data Management Lead
- Field data collection roles: data collection associates working in factories and other real-world environments
- Data management roles: data upload, ingestion and quality-check staff
- Annotation roles: annotators and quality reviewers for AI robotics data

Key responsibilities:
- Own the hiring plan for about 30 hires, with leadership roles closed first
- Source through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies and campus pipelines
- Build relationships with campuses in Punjab and nearby, and travel to them to run assessments and on-campus hiring drives
- Run screening, including a short written brief, phone screens and role-specific trials
- Prepare final offer letters and agreements for founder approval, and onboard each new hire
- Track attendance, payouts and retention for field teams and flag issues early
- Report weekly on funnel numbers, offers, joinings and attrition
- Build the HR templates, tracker and processes needed to hire in new regions later

Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR or talent acquisition, ideally in high-volume or operations-heavy hiring.



Candidates with less than 2 years of experience will not be considered.
- Track record of closing specialist or leadership roles within 2 to 3 weeks and hiring 20 or more people in a short period
- Experience hiring both senior talent and large groups of freshers, students or field staff
- Comfortable travelling to campuses and sites across Punjab and Chandigarh
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, agencies, campus drives and referral programmes
- Working knowledge of offer letters, contracts, NDAs and basic compliance
- Clear written and spoken English and Hindi or Punjabi
- Reliable, accountable and hands-on, with a habit of closing loops the same day

TermsThis is a full-time role with a 3-month probation. Compensation is INR 35,000 to 40,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance, and may be revised by 5 to 10 percent after 6 months based on company and individual performance.
