​Siddhi sree Vinayaka is a growing multi-location restaurant chain. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee talent management, maintain labor compliance, and support operational excellence across all our outlets.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Recruitment & Staffing: Lead full-cycle hiring for kitchen, front-of-house, and management staff across all locations.
- ​Employee Relations: Resolve grievances, improve retention, and foster a positive work culture.
- ​Compliance & Legal: Ensure full adherence to labor laws, wage standards, and statutory benefits (PF/ESI). Draft contracts and employee policies.
- ​Training & Performance: Oversee performance appraisals, customer service training, and hygiene/SOP compliance.
- ​Payroll Support: Coordinate time-tracking, attendance, leave, and payroll processing with finance.

​Requirements

- ​Experience:



3–6+ years in HR, with proven experience in Hospitality, Restaurants, or Retail (multi-unit oversight preferred).
- ​Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- ​Skills: Strong knowledge of local labor laws, HRMS software, and high-volume recruiting.
- ​Communication: Robust interpersonal skills and proficiency in [English / Local Languages].
