Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations across the Head Office, project sites, and factory. The role focuses on talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, HR compliance, and building effective people management systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
- Implement KRA/KPI systems and performance appraisals.
- Develop skill matrices and employee training programs.
- Manage HR policies, labor law compliance, PF, ESI, and POSH.
- Drive employee engagement, HR MIS,



and reporting.

Requirements Strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, and performance management.

Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

Fluent in Tamil and English.

Willing to work from the Mayiladuthurai office and travel to sites when required.
