Drive HR operations & employee relations
Handle onboarding, documentation, HRMS/HRIS, payroll inputs
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment
Manage MIS reports & dashboards with MS Excel
Ensure smooth exits & compliance processes
? Requirements:
3–5 years of HR Generalist/Operations experience
Strong knowledge of HR processes & lifecycle management
Must have been part of an HR Audit, and should have solid knowledge of compliance and policy implementation.
Hands-on with HRMS/HRIS & Excel
Excellent communication & coordination skills
Preference for candidates based in East Delhi
