- Recruitment: Hire sales executives, property managers, engineers, and other staff.

- Employee Management: Handle attendance, leave, and employee performance.

Benefits: Manage salaries, incentives, bonuses, and employee advantages.

- Training & Development: Train employees on sales skills, customer service, and company policies.

- Employee Relations: Resolve workplace issues and maintain a positive work environment.

- Labour Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and statutory requirements.

- Performance Management: Monitor employee targets, especially sales and project teams.

- Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Employee Engagement: Motivate staff and improve employee retention.

- HR Reporting: Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports for management

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
