Teknowell EduTech is an IT training institute in Pune focused on providing industry-oriented technical training and career opportunities to students. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR & IT Placement Manager who can establish strong connections with IT companies, coordinate with corporate HR teams, and successfully place trained students in suitable job roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies, corporate HR teams, recruitment agencies, and startups.
- Proactively contact IT companies to identify job vacancies and generate placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinate with HR managers and recruiters to arrange interviews and placement drives.
- Share suitable student resumes and profiles with hiring companies based on their requirements.
- Take ownership of student placement activities and work towards achieving placement targets.
- Develop and maintain a database of IT companies, HR contacts, job openings, and placement records.
- Follow up with recruiters regarding interview feedback, selection status, and joining updates.
- Understand student skills and match candidates with relevant job opportunities.
- Conduct placement preparation activities,



including resume guidance and interview coordination.
- Develop long-term corporate partnerships to create continuous hiring opportunities for students.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in HR, recruitment, corporate relations, or IT placement.
- Proven experience in connecting with IT companies and coordinating recruitment or placement activities.
- Strong network of IT company HR professionals and recruiters will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of IT recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ability to work independently, generate placement opportunities, and achieve measurable results.
- Knowledge of IT technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, Full Stack Development, Software Testing, Data Analytics, and Data Science is preferred.

Candidate Profile We are looking for a proactive qualified who can independently approach IT companies, build corporate relationships, generate interview opportunities, and drive student placements. Candidates with relevant IT placement experience and a proven track record of successful placements are strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
