Role: HR Intern
Experience: Fresher
Internship for 3m - 4m (unpaid)
Responsibilities: Recruitment + Operations
- Design and update job descriptions
- Follow the existing recruitment process
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates with help of provided screening document (via phone, in-person, online mode)
- Maintain Records
Required skills:
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Computer knowledge
- Experience with MS Excel, Word and google sheets, docs, etc.
