Levenus Promaxx Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and proactive HR Intern to support recruitment operations, candidate sourcing, and LinkedIn growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust LinkedIn presence, effective communication skills, and an interest in recruitment and professional networking.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Contact candidates, conduct initial telephonic interactions, and coordinate recruitment activities.
- Expand the company's LinkedIn network by connecting with relevant professionals.
- Support LinkedIn follower growth, page engagement, and professional outreach initiatives.
- Actively engage in social media activities to strengthen the company's online presence.
- Assist the HR department with day-to-day HR operations and recruitment-related tasks.





Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5,000 followers on a personal LinkedIn profile.
- Active LinkedIn presence with consistent professional engagement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and social media engagement.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Work Arrangement
