HR Generalist Operations & Recruitment

Company: Instrumentation and Control Solutions (ICS)

Location: Rajendra Nagar, Indore

Experience: 2.5+ Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Handle HR operations, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and exit formalities.

Coordinate payroll inputs, full and final settlements, and employee queries.

Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax.

Maintain HR MIS, recruitment trackers, employee records, and dashboards.

Coordinate with department heads to fulfil manpower requirements and close positions on time.

Required Skills

Solid knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and statutory compliance.

Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/ERP systems.
