Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with 5–8 years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, with a major focus on talent acquisition, employee grievance handling, cross-functional stakeholder management, POSH compliance, and training and development.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Employee Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns, resolve workplace issues, manage employee relations, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional departments, business leaders, and line managers to address HR requirements and support business objectives.
- End-to-End HR Operations: Handle employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, documentation, attendance and leave coordination, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
- POSH Compliance: Support POSH awareness initiatives, employee sensitization, policy implementation, and coordination with the Internal Committee.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, support employee development initiatives, and track training effectiveness.




- Industrial HR Support: Handle workforce-related concerns and coordinate with production, operations, and other departments in a manufacturing environment.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, HR procedures, and applicable employment regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Drive engagement initiatives and support employee communication, retention, and organizational culture.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, with industrial or manufacturing experience mandatory.
- Robust experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in employee grievance handling and employee relations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Knowledge of POSH policies and compliance requirements.
- Experience in training coordination and development initiatives.
- Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR priorities independently.
- Candidates who can join within one month are preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile An HR professional with strong recruitment capabilities, practical industrial HR exposure, effective employee-handling skills, and the ability to work closely with multiple departments in a manufacturing setup. Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
