We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer rollout.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.

- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.

- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

- Build relationships with colleges, placement cells, and recruitment partners.

- Support onboarding and joining formalities, as required.

Requirements:

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Robust communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a deadline-driven environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
