Hiring: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, screening, and interview coordination.
- Employee onboarding and documentation.
- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Employee records and HR database management.
- Handling employee grievances and HR policies.
- Supporting HR compliance and administrative activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
- Good communication and MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations and labour law compliance.
