Job Title: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

- Coordinate interviJob ews with hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates and manage the recruitment process.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; HR qualification preferred.

- 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.

- Valuable communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of job portals, especially Naukri, is preferred.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
