Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing
Resume Screening & Shortlisting
Telephonic Interviews & Interview Scheduling
Recruitment for Plant, Manufacturing & Shop-floor Positions
Candidate Follow-up & Joining Coordination
Maintaining Recruitment Data & Reports
Candidate Requirements
1–2 years of HR experience with a strong focus on Recruitment.
Manufacturing / Industrial recruitment experience preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
