Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
- Training & Development: Employee induction, training coordination, and maintaining training records.
- Employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- HR documentation and employee engagement activities.
- Support day-to-day HR operations.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
