Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹2 LPA – ₹3 LPA

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing and leave management.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Support other HR administrative tasks as required.





Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR or recruitment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
