About the Company

Lords Inn Somnath is part of the Lords Hotels & Resorts group, a hospitality brand offering comfortable stays and quality services to guests across its properties. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Associate to join our Human Resources team at our hotel in Somnath, Gujarat.

We are hiring an HR Associate with a background in hospitality HR who can support day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination in a hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily HR operations, attendance management, and employee records.
- Support recruitment, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and training activities.
- Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and personnel records.
- Assist with payroll inputs, leave records, and salary-related coordination.
- Support PF, ESI, and other statutory HR documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing requirements and employee matters.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements




- Qualification: Graduate in HR, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Candidates who have completed an HR Industrial Training (IT) or On-the-Job Training (OJT) in hospitality may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations, attendance, recruitment, and employee documentation.
- Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month in hand, depending on experience and suitability.
