Department: Housekeeping

1. Room Attendant / Room Boy

- Daily cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies.
- Making beds, changing bed sheets, pillow covers.
- Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Replenish guest amenities - water, towel, soap, shampoo.
- Check and report any lost and found items.
- Report any maintenance issue (leakage, light not working) to supervisor.
- Take proper handover of rooms from previous shift.

2. Housekeeping Supervisor

- Allocate rooms to room attendants and check their work.
- Physical check of check-out rooms and ready rooms for guest.
- Maintain room status in register / software.
- Train new housekeeping staff about SOPs.
- Check cleanliness of corridors, lobby, and public areas.
- Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness.
- Prepare housekeeping handover sheet daily.

3. Public Area Attendant

- Cleaning of lobby, reception, restaurant, corridors, and staircases.
- Cleaning of public toilets regularly.
- Keep entrance and parking area clean.
- Polishing of brass, wood,



and glass items.

4. Housekeeping Manager / Executive Housekeeper

- Overall responsible for cleanliness of entire hotel.
- Manage housekeeping staff roster, leave, and attendance.
- Maintain stock of linen, cleaning chemicals, and guest amenities.
- Control housekeeping budget and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with front office for room availability.
- Coordinate with maintenance for room repairs.
- Ensure all rooms meet hotel standards before guest check-in.

Common for All Housekeeping Staff:

- Come on time in proper uniform with ID card.
- Follow hygiene and safety rules.
- Greet guests with smile and wish "Good Morning / Good Evening".
- Do not use guest room items or take any guest belongings.
- No mobile phone during duty hours.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
