Role Description The Housing Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for guiding students and their families through the process of securing secure, suitable, and verified accommodation near their chosen institutions. In this role, the Housing Advisor communicates with students, parents, and property partners to understand housing needs, provide options, and support informed decisions. Typical responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, explaining different housing types and locations, coordinating bookings, and ensuring that students have a clear understanding of contracts, policies, and support services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Work and Social Services, with the ability to support diverse student populations and respond to individual housing needs.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex information in an accessible way.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Child Welfare, with an understanding of safety, safeguarding, and well-being considerations for younger students.
- Candidates should possess Case Management skills, including organizing student information, tracking housing progress, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in student housing or customer service, familiarity with study-abroad processes, cultural sensitivity, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with common office and CRM software.
- A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education, humanities, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Noida and occasionally flexible hours to support international time zones.
