Key Responsibilities

- Staff Supervision & Scheduling: Create daily duty rosters, assign cleaning tasks based on occupancy, conduct morning staff briefings, and manage attendance.

- Quality Inspections: Inspect guest rooms and public areas using strict checklists to guarantee compliance with hygiene and brand standards.

- Training & Development: Train new housekeepers on proper chemical use, equipment handling, and safety protocols.

- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels for linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, and place reorders as needed.

- Maintenance Coordination: Report broken fixtures, appliances, or plumbing issues to the maintenance department and track repairs.

- Guest Relations: Address guest complaints or special requests (such as extra pillows or early room readiness) promptly and professionally.

Requirements & Qualifications





- Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in housekeeping within a hotel, resort, or commercial facility, with prior supervisory or lead experience.

- Education: 12th Standard, I.T.I. certification, or a diploma/degree in Hotel Management.

- Skills: Strong leadership and team-motivating abilities, sharp eye for detail, basic computer literacy, and knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift or push cleaning equipment for extended shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
