Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of guest rooms and assigned areas as per hotel standards, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas as per hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linen, and replace towels and guest amenities.
- Replenish room supplies and amenities as required.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost-and-found articles to the supervisor.
- Follow hotel procedures for handling guest requests and room status updates.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Handle guest belongings with care and maintain guest privacy.
- Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and other departments whenever required.
Skills and Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping department is preferred.
- Knowledge of room cleaning procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Positive attention to detail and personal hygiene.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to work in shifts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
