Job Summary:

The Housekeeping GSA is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas. The role ensures that all guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay while upholding the 5-star standards of Gokulam Grand Turtle on the Beach, Kovalam.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and guest supplies daily or as per occupancy.
- Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment and materials.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages immediately to the supervisor.
- Replenish amenities and ensure all in-room items are clean, functional, and well-presented.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Follow hygiene and safety guidelines at all times.
- Maintain housekeeping trolleys, storerooms, and equipment in good condition.
- Participate in daily briefings and departmental training sessions.




- Cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth guest service.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum Degree in BHMC or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in a reputed hotel or resort (freshers may also apply).
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and passion for cleanliness.
- Willingness to work in shifts and as part of a team.
