Primary Objective: Oversee the safety, daily welfare, discipline, and facility operations of a student hostel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Care &
- Safety:
Monitor student attendance, track movement (in/out registers), enforce curfew rules, and address emergency medical needs.
- Discipline &
- Rules:
Enforce residential guidelines, resolve student conflicts fairly, and maintain a safe, drug-free workplace.
- Mess &
- Facilities Supervision:
Oversee kitchen operations, monitor food quality and hygiene standards, and submit maintenance reports for repairs.
- Communication &
- Support:
Act as a primary contact for parents regarding student well-being, offer guidance/counseling to homesick students, and liaise with institutional leadership.
- Key Skills: Conflict resolution, empathy, emergency first response, basic administrative record-keeping.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
