Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hotel Food Service role based in Mumbai. The team member will handle daily food service operations, including taking guest orders, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of food items.

Responsibilities include assisting with basic food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the dining and service areas, following food safety and hygiene standards, and collaborating with kitchen staff to coordinate service.



The role involves interacting with guests in a courteous and professional manner, addressing special requests, and supporting overall restaurant and hotel service quality. The position requires flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as part of a hospitality schedule.
