Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostel, maintain discipline, ensure residents' safety, and provide a clean, secure, and comfortable living environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations and overall administration of the hostel.
- Maintain discipline, rules, and regulations among hostel residents.
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all residents.
- Monitor attendance, entry and exit records, and hostel timings.
- Supervise housekeeping, cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance.
- Coordinate food quality, dining facilities, and mess operations.
- Address residents' concerns and resolve complaints promptly.
- Maintain hostel registers, records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with HR, management, and other departments regarding hostel-related matters.
- Handle emergencies and ensure compliance with hostel policies.




- Supervise hostel support staff and ensure proper duty allocation.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate from a recognized institution.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in hostel administration or facility management.
- Experience managing staff and handling resident welfare is preferred.
- Willingness to work according to hostel operational requirements.

Salary Negotiable, based on skills and experience.
