Lords Inn Somnath is part of the Lords Hotels & Resorts group, known for providing quality hospitality services and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented Hostess to join our F&B; Service team.
We are hiring an F&B; Service Hostess to welcome guests, manage restaurant seating, coordinate with the service team, and ensure a warm and pleasant dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
- Manage restaurant reservations and guest seating as required.
- Coordinate with the F&B; Service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain the guest seating plan and manage waiting lists when necessary.
- Respond to guest queries and assist with special requests.
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow hotel grooming standards.
- Ensure the entrance and hostess desk remain clean and organized.
- Handle guest feedback courteously and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Deliver excellent guest service in accordance with hotel standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- A qualification in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and a guest-focused approach.
- Valuable coordination skills and a positive attitude.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
