: Holiday Package Manager

Company: Luxury Travel MICE LLP – The Luxury Trips

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle domestic and international holiday package enquiries and convert them into bookings.
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, package costing, and pricing.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and other travel suppliers.
- Manage bookings, confirmations, vouchers, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain customer relationships and handle client queries and complaints.
- Ensure profitable package pricing and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and maintain enquiry follow-ups and booking records.

Required Skills:

- Experience in holiday package sales and travel operations.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage quotations, costing, bookings, and supplier coordination.
- Familiarity with Excel, CRM, and travel booking platforms.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
