As a Holiday Consultant, you will be the face of Karma Group to prospective members. You will engage with families, understand their holiday aspirations, and introduce them to our exclusive membership and fractional ownership products. This is a high-earning, high-growth role suited for confident, persuasive individuals who thrive in a consultative sales environment.

You will be based at one of our resort locations meaning your workplace is where others come to holiday.
