Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience on paper in an International Voice Banking process.
- Experience managing a team of approximately 15–20 members.
- Robust experience in team handling, performance management and daily operations.
- Good understanding of banking processes and customer service operations.
- Ability to manage escalations, drive team performance and meet process KPIs.
- Strong communication, leadership and people-management skills.
