- Drive PL business through strong DSA / Connector networks
- Build and manage relationships with 8+ active DSAs
- Source and close PL deals
- Consistently achieve monthly login and disbursement targets
- Work closely with credit, legal & operations teams for faster approvals
- Ensure quality sourcing and strong portfolio performance
