- Using Job Portals (Naukri.com, Monster etc.) and social media platforms for searching resumes.

- Expert in Contract / Subcon Hiring

- Selecting profiles for respective positions by matching their skills with the given requirements

- Taking all vital details from the candidate before taking his case ahead

- Check credentials of the candidate, before proposing to clients.

- Lining up candidates for Interview and keeping them updated.

- Strong experience in Stakeholder Management, and relationship building.

- Strong communicator - can effectively and confidently communicate to all levels of the business

- Has the ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing start-up environment, Need to be Proactive, just-in-time recruitment in a fast paced environment.

- Must be target driven and resulted oriented person





- Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally.

- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.

- Willing to learn new things on the job, by putting hard work.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Contract/Subcon Hiring

- Ability to understand the requirement.

- Go Getter with a never give up attitude.

- Willing to work in a team as well as an individual contributor

- Analyzing, Screening, & Submitting profiles as per client requirements.

- Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis.
