Role: Senior xMatters Operations & Integration Consultant

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in xMatters administration and solution development.
- Strong experience supporting enterprise Incident Management and Major Incident Management programs.
- Expertise in xMatters integrations with:

- ServiceNow
- Microsoft Teams
- Email, SMS, Voice, and Push Notifications
- REST APIs and workflow automation

- Strong understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Major Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Ability to assess existing implementations, identify risks, and recommend scalable operational improvements.
- Experience creating SOPs, knowledge articles, technical documentation, and training materials.
- Robust communication, stakeholder facilitation, and knowledge-transfer skills.
- Ability to implement approved changes, optimize workflows, and improve operational governance.
