Technical Data Lead Salesforce & Azure

We are looking for an experienced Technical Data Lead to drive enterprise-scale data migration, integration, and modernization initiatives across Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Salesforce Org-to-Org, legacy-to-Salesforce, and on-premises-to-Azure data migrations.
- Design data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data integration frameworks.
- Manage large-scale data and file migrations, including attachments and documents.
- Ensure data quality, reconciliation, governance, security, and compliance.
- Lead technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout migration projects.

Required Skills
- Salesforce: Data Loader, Bulk API, Metadata API, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
- Azure: Azure SQL, ADF, Blob Storage, Data Lake, Azure Functions, Logic Apps.
- Data Engineering: ETL/ELT, SQL Server, Oracle,



PL/SQL, T-SQL, Data Modeling, MDM.
- Integration Tools: Databricks, Kafka, MuleSoft, Informatica/Talend.
- Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Shell Scripting.

Mandatory Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in data management, migration, and integration.
- 8+ years of Salesforce data architecture and migration experience.
- 8+ years of Microsoft Azure data platform experience.
- Proven experience leading enterprise migrations involving millions of records and large file repositories.
- Solid technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Salesforce Data Architect, Azure Data Engineer (DP-203), or Azure Solutions Architect certifications
