The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting global customers with queries, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer interactions via voice calls with professionalism and empathy.

- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Document customer interactions and maintain records in CRM systems.

- Meet performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer feedback.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance service standards.





- Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer data.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate freshers/ Undergraduate with minimum 6 months of experience in customer service (international process preferred).

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

- Robust listening and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
