Hiring: HOD – Heat Treatment

Industry: Forging / Auto Components

Experience: 10–15 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete Heat Treatment Department in a forging plant.
- Ensure proper heat treatment processes, including Hardening, Tempering, Normalizing and Annealing.
- Maintain required hardness, microstructure and metallurgical properties as per customer specifications.
- Handle heat treatment furnaces, process parameters and temperature control.
- Implement process improvement, rejection reduction and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer requirements and quality standards.
- Lead the heat treatment team and coordinate with Quality, Production and Maintenance departments.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with relevant experience in a forging or automotive components manufacturing plant. Interested candidates may share their updated CV.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
