Staffingine LLC is expanding its Healthcare Solutions division and is looking for a motivated, results-driven US Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. We are seeking a recruiter with strong knowledge of the US healthcare staffing market, excellent sourcing skills, and a proven ability to recruit qualified healthcare professionals for full-time and permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, identify, engage, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for permanent and full-time positions across the United States.
- Work on healthcare roles such as Physicians, Psychiatrists, Dentists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses, Allied Health professionals, and other clinical positions.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, job boards, resume databases, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement follow-up.
- Understand client job requirements, licensing, certifications, experience, location preferences, compensation expectations, and other essential qualifications.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline and database of qualified healthcare candidates.
- Track recruitment activity, submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and follow-ups in the ATS.
- Consistently meet recruitment targets, submission goals, and placement expectations.

Required Qualifications

- 2–6 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare industry, clinical job requirements, candidate sourcing, and recruitment processes.




- Hands-on experience recruiting healthcare professionals for US-based clients.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with US healthcare licenses, certifications, credentialing requirements, and candidate qualification processes.
- Experience using ATS/CRM systems and healthcare recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings, prioritize requirements, and work effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong follow-up skills, accountability, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

- Proven experience in full time and permanent healthcare recruitment.
- Experience supporting direct healthcare clients, hospitals, health systems, clinics, or MSP/VMS customers.
- Successful placements in physician, advanced practice, behavioral health, nursing, or allied health specialties.
- Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other US healthcare sourcing databases.
- A demonstrated track record of successful placements, offer closures, and long-term client/candidate relationship management.
