Role & responsibilities

- Product and advisory depth: Prior exposure to health insurance sales, insurer coordination and claim support is required.
- Coordination that actually closes the loop: You can chase, escalate, and close out issues with insurers before or after a policy sale, without the customer feeling the friction.
- A metrics-first instinct: You default to defining stages, tracking numbers by segment and channel, and diagnosing why a drop-off is happening, not just reporting that it happened.
- Explicit communication: Can explain complex policy terms in plain language, to customers and in writing.
- Ownership: You take things end to end rather than waiting to be told the next step.

Preferred candidate profile As a Senior Advisor, you are the most experienced hands-on voice in Guardian One's health advisory team. You handle the customers and cases that need the most judgment and set the standard for how advice is given, while keeping your own book of business conversion.
