Position: Head Pulp Mill
Industry: Kraft Paper / Recycled Paper Manufacturing
Experience: 10–15+ years
Qualification: B.Tech./M.Tech. in Pulp & Paper Technology, Chemical Engineering, or B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry with relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee pulp mill and stock preparation operations to ensure uninterrupted pulp supply to the paper machine.
- Monitor pulp quality, fibre yield, reject percentage, and process efficiency.
- Optimise power, water, and chemical consumption.
- Coordinate with QC and Maintenance teams to resolve process and equipment issues.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, operational safety, and manpower management.
- Drive productivity improvement, fibre loss reduction, and cost optimisation.
Required Skills: Pulp mill operations, stock preparation, process control, resource optimisation, troubleshooting, safety management, and team leadership.
