JD-Head Operations

Location: Noida / Greater Noida preferred

Experience: 10-15+ years

Salary: 10-15 LPA

Qualification: Engineering / Technical background; B. Tech (Mechanical) preferred

Industry: Metal Fabrication / Display & Signage / Digital Kiosk / Manufacturing

Tasks

1. BOM creation
2. Coordination with Sales to understand project briefs and timelines
3. PERT chart preparation and production planning on a daily / weekly / monthly basis
4. Coordination with all departments -Stores, Accounts, Purchase, and Shop Floor
5. Managing overall operations and reporting MIS to the Managing Director

Strengths

1. Positive knowledge and experience in managing the complete production cycle
2. Background in Metal Fabrication preferred; Display / Signage industry as the next preference
3.



Minimum 10-15 years of experience
4. Preferably willing to stay in Greater Noida
5. Good understanding of machine production and quality control

KRA

1. Minimum 10 years experience in metal fabrication and overall production control.
2. KRA includes BOM creation, labour management, planning and scheduling, and quality management.
3. Digital assembly experience will be an added advantage.
4. Knowledge of Six Sigma and ISO will be preferred.
5. Handling metal fabrication, wood fabrication, digital TV/kiosk production, customized projects physical + digital and after-sales support.
