Role Description The Head of Customer Relationship Management will oversee the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for buyers and investors across MRPL’s portfolio. This full-time, in office role based in Ludhiana involves developing and executing CRM strategies, monitoring customer feedback, and implementing initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention. The role includes managing customer data and insights, segmenting markets for targeted communication, and coordinating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

The Head of CRM will lead and mentor the CRM team, establish service standards, and track performance metrics to support long-term customer relationships and brand loyalty.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or professional certification in CRM is beneficial.
