We’re partnering with one of India’s fastest-growing beauty & cosmetics brands to hire a Head – D2C who can turn its digital business into a significant growth engine.

With a ₹600 Cr business, a solid offline presence across 60,000 stores, and ambitious expansion plans, the brand is now looking for a digital-first leader to build, scale and own its next phase of D2C growth.

? The Opportunity

- Own the end-to-end D2C P&L; — revenue, margins, CAC, AOV, LTV and profitability.
- Scale the existing D2C business into a revenue engine.
- Lead growth across Performance Marketing, CRM, Retention, UI/UX, Web Operations and Customer Experience.
- Drive website optimisation, conversion and customer lifecycle strategy.
- Spearhead the launch and scaling of a new D2C app.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

- ? Who Should Apply?





- 8 years of relevant experience, with robust exposure to Beauty, Skincare or Cosmetics.
- Proven track record of building and scaling a D2C business from an early stage to ₹100 Cr .
- Strong P&L; ownership and understanding of performance marketing, digital product, CRM and customer retention.
- Experience in D2C-first beauty brands or high-growth consumer businesses.
