- Exceptional ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Highly organized methodology with a robust ability to prioritize effectively.
- High-level proficiency with Zendesk,



Salesforce, and operational workflow platforms.
- Excellent de-escalation, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
