Role: Head of Accounts

Experience: 7+ years post-articleship

Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout

Key Responsibilities

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the production facility.
- Oversee inventory control, stock valuation, inventory audits, and reconciliation.
- Drive material planning in collaboration with production and supply chain teams.
- Manage monthly book closures, financial reporting, MIS, and cost analysis.
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Optimise working capital, cost management, and financial processes.
- Own finance processes, ERP systems, and relevant modules.
- Lead and mentor the finance team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

- 7+ years of experience in finance controllership,



preferably a CA who has led larger teams and managed and owned the entire accounting function for an organization. Must have strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong expertise in inventory control, material planning, and plant finance.
- Experience in month-end closures, audits, financial reporting, and MIS.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems; ERPNext knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Indian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualified qualification preferred.
