We’re Hiring | Head – Finance & Accounts

Krishna Global Bharat Pvt. Ltd. (KGB) is looking for an experienced Head – Finance & Accounts to lead the complete financial function at our manufacturing facility in IMT Faridabad.

We are looking beyond traditional accounting.

The role requires someone who can take end-to-end ownership of Finance & Accounts — ensuring robust control over today’s numbers while building the financial intelligence required for tomorrow’s decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Strategy

- Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting & financial modelling
- Cash-flow and working-capital planning
- Management MIS, profitability & variance analysis
- Product/customer/project-level costing and margin analysis
- Capex evaluation, ROI/IRR/payback analysis
- Scenario modelling and decision support for management
- Banking relationships, fund-based/non-fund-based limits & financing
- Debt planning and optimization of cost of capital
- Strategic financial planning to support growth

Accounts, Taxation & Compliance
- Complete accounting ownership through finalization of books
- P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- GST, TDS,



Income Tax/ITR and statutory compliances
- Debtors, creditors, ageing and reconciliations
- Banking, payments and treasury
- Internal/statutory audits and financial controls
- Export accounting, documentation, forex and related banking compliances
- Coordination of commercial aspects of export/import & logistics
- ERP-driven accounting and reporting

Who We’re Looking For A CA / CMA or highly experienced finance professional, preferably from a manufacturing/engineering environment, who has personally handled the complete finance and accounting cycle.

We need someone who understands that:

Accounting tells us where we have been.

Finance helps decide where we go next.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not merely a review position.
