Strategic Partnership & Advisory:

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting strategic planning, organizational development, and workforce management initiatives.
- Provide guidance to leaders on HR-related strategic decisions to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Organizational Development:

- Drive initiatives related to talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and restructuring initiatives to support scalable growth aligned with company strategy.
- Partner with management to effectively resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and conflict resolution strategies.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Maintain detailed HR documentation, including policies, employee records, compliance reports, attrition reports, learning and development plans, and strategic initiative documentation.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends, preparing comprehensive reports such as attrition reports and compliance reports, to provide insights and recommendations for informed decision-making.




- Coordinate the preparation and submission of HR-related reports for Board Meetings in accordance with SEBI regulations and governance requirements

Qualification & Experience: Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 20+ years of progressive HR experience from Manufacturing industry.

Robust background in Organizational Development, Reporting, Documentation, Employee Relations, Policy Creation, SOP, SLA management, and continuity planning.

Proven track record in supporting organizational growth and change management, preferably within the staffing, recruitment, or consulting industry.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
